Welcome to Easy Signs Wholesale
By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing products and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with using our website or placing an order.

Payment Methods

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and operate a registered business to apply for a wholesale account.

  • During registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Easy Signs Wholesale reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke account access at its sole discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 25 units.

  • Minimum Order Value (MOV): $2,500 per order.

  • Free Shipping & Free Prep Service: Available only on orders of $4,000 or above.
     

3. Order Placement & Payment Terms

  • Orders can only be placed through your approved wholesale account on our website.

  • After submitting an order, you will receive an invoice via email.

  • Payment Methods: Currently, we accept secure bank transfers. (Credit card payments will be added in the near future.)

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received and confirmed.
     

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing begins within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, depending on shipping location.

  • Shipping details (box dimensions, weights, etc.) for FBA shipments are provided once payment is verified.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All wholesale sales are considered final.

  • Exceptions may be granted for defective or damaged products reported within 30 business days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

6. Documents for Amazon Ungating

  • Invoices and Authorization Letters are available for products purchased directly from Easy Signs Wholesale.

  • These documents can be requested after placing and paying for your order.

7. Fulfillment & Storage Services (FBA Prep & 3PL)

  • We offer FBA prep and labeling services for qualifying orders.

  • Orders over $4,000 qualify for free prep service.

  • Free storage is available until your inventory is successfully delivered or Amazon ungating is complete.

8 . Policy Updates

  • Easy Signs Wholesale reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

  • Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9 . Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NewYork, USA (or update with your state). Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of local state or federal courts.
